  I bought 3 items for ~$ 100 as gifts. When I asked for 3 paper bags, I was harshly refused. I was told that no matter how many things I buy, I only get 1 bag.
  
  2 stars for the inflexibility. Refusing two more paper bags and loosing a customer for ever.
